Cecil Sketches

Cecil is the bartender and owner of the Skygirl Lounge.

He's some sort of blend of robot and golem, although most common folk in the Steamvolt universe couldn't tell the difference, nor would they care. He has far too much personality to be a simple machine, although he won't divulge what he really is.

Robots and Golems do not technically have any rights as individuals in the country they live in, so Gretchen is listed as the owner of the Skygirl Lounge. He relies on Lucy for free repairs and maintenance, and in return he gives her an occasional drink and a place to park her airship.

He's Lucy's other close friend (she only has two), so consequently he loans her money when Gretchen doesn't have any cash handy.
